Guidelines


Show time is 12:00 - 6:00 pm

Set up time is between 10:00 - 11:30 am

If a vendor does not show up by 12:00 pm the space can be forfeited without refund.

All Vendors must be completely packed up by 6:30 pm every evening, as there are other events setting up. Feel free to stay for a drink and some free entertainment in the front room.

Vendors may load and unload from the Tranzac parking lot but are required to park elsewhere during the show.

Vendors are asked to bring extension cords and extra lights for their displays.

Applicants have up to 10 days to pay after booking a specific space. After 10 days the space can be offered to another applicant.

Vendors who sell imported or mass produced items will not be encouraged to come back as this show is a one of a kind, hand crafted gift show.

Various spaces cost from $25.00 for an outside table to $105.00 for an 8x10 indoor, wall space.

Vendors must disassemble their displays at the end of each day.

Storage in an upstairs room is available overnight on Saturdays but not during the week.

There is a green P parking lot one block west of The Tranzac club, on Howland Ave.
